Novena to Our Lady of Mercy

The Novena to Our Lady of Mercy is a cherished weekly devotion deeply rooted in the spiritual life of the faithful in Novaliches. It is a sacred time of prayer, reflection, and supplication to Ina ng Awa—Our Lady of Mercy—who has been a source of comfort, protection, and maternal intercession for generations.

This devotion is an opportunity to entrust your needs, struggles, and thanksgiving to the Blessed Virgin Mary, who lovingly carries every prayer to her Son, Jesus Christ. Through this act of faith, we are reminded of God’s endless mercy and Mary’s unfailing love.

Let the devotion to Our Lady of Mercy remind us:

There is no chain God’s mercy cannot break, and no heart too far for Mary’s love to reach.

When and Where

The Novena is prayed every Saturday at 3:00 PM at the National Shrine and Parish of Our Lady of Mercy in Novaliches.
It is led by the Cofradía de Nuestra Señora de la Merced de Novaliches and Sr. Maria Paula Advincula, MS, followed by a short spiritual talk and the touching practice of Pagmamanto.

After the novena, we celebrate the 4:00 PM Holy Mass dedicated to Ina ng Awa.
