Appointed in 2019, Rev. Fr. Jose Peregrino V. Tomas serves as the spiritual father of our parish community. With deep dedication to pastoral care, evangelization, and devotion to Our Lady of Mercy, he leads the shrine and parish in its mission of faith, mercy, and service.
